In the year 1950, the founder Shri Ratilal Kanjibhai Thakral came into Nagpur & very initially created Parasmani Agarbatti.
1960 within a decade the brand name become so popular & it captured entire Vidhabha. 1970 these brand crossed national border it exported to Japan, Hongkong, Singapore.

1980, this was the expansion time the group started it for future expansion programs 1982, Brand Name SAFARI was launched for the first time in India. Agarbatti launched in flexi pack and even today it is the fastest selling agarbatti in Maharashtra.

Later on Company Introduced 12 different fragrance and in 12 different colour and it is known as FRAGRANCE OF INDIA. And this position was achieved by Shri Ghanshyam R. Thakral and His younger Brothers Shri Hasmukh R. Thakral, Shri Bharat R. Thakral. 1989, Brand Name SHREE JAI was launches and today it has more than 100 Brands.

In the year 1997, he group shifted towards specialization in 3 in 1 with the brand name of J-3, 4 in 1 with the brand name GB’s 4 in 1, & 5 in 1 with the name of Abhinandan. These was achieved by Shri Vivek G. Thakral & with the help of younger brother Shri Deepak G. Thakral.

In the year 1999, Group Launched a Flexi Pack of 500Gm in the name of MahaPooja first time in India.
2001, Brand name Shree Hari came with a bang of natural ness which plan to tap the unservice market of Dhoop, halmadi batti and Masala Batti.

In the year 2003 the Team decided to give a exclusive line of incense Product in the range of Rs. 1 & Rs. 2 Pouches to tab the market.
